1. Clarify requirements, communicate to know customers’ main market and products they are looking for;

2. Make suggestion about the models and ask for customization demand

3. Testing our sample for long time with high standard, in order to make sure our performance meet customer’s requirements

Design

1. Get Logo file and design;

2. Send customer to verify the design effect

Trial Production

1. All the file will organize into one worksheet to list all the changes

2. Send the file to factory and oral communicate to double confirm the customization

3. Trail samples before mass production and send it to customer

4. Confirm about the performance and changes if it is meet requirements

Production

1. Mass production after sample were confirmed

2. Third party inspection is welcomed during or after mass production

Quality Inspection

1. Sampling inspection is required

2. Third party inspection

Delivery

1. Either using our company shipping carrier or customer’s cooperated shipping carrier

2. Making Invoice, Packing list, customs declaration & all other documents if is required
